All framing is done on premise.  Parking is available behind the building.

Focal Point Framing & Art is located in SouthEast Scarborough at the junction of Kingston Rd, St. Clair Ave and Brooklawn Ave;  specifically,  the corner building (beige) at 2853 Kingston Road and Brooklawn Avenue.   You will see Canadian Tire on the corner of Kingston Road and St. Clair Ave.

If travelling from the west,  take 401 EAST to BRIMLEY  RD;  south to St. CLAIR AVE; east to KINGSTON RD; then go straight through lights (BROOKLAWN AVE) and turn left into parking lot of corner (beige) building   

If travelling from the east, take 401 WEST to MARKHAM RD; south to KINGSTON RD; east PAST McCOWAN RD; (stay in left hand lane); TURN LEFT (south) at BROOKLAWN AVE  as you reach St. CLAIR AVE.   This intersection is an irregular one where KINGSTON RD, ST. CLAIR AVE and BROOKLAWN AVE converge.
